We understand that life happens and beer helps; but anyone who we deem unsafe or appears to be intoxicated will not be allowed to throw axes.
Under 18s are of course not allowed to consume alcohol on site.
You can bring as many people as you like up to 50 (the venue has a capacity of 50 throwers)
This can be made up of private lanes of up to 10 people (£290 per lane) or shared lanes of up to 10 people priced per person (£35 per person)

We’re happy to help! Please get in touch by phone or email within 72 hours of the start time of your session. We will always try to accommodate changes but aren’t always able to make last minute amendments as we incur costs in setting up for your sessions.
The more the merrier! if you would like to add more guests to your session you can purchase additional tickets for the same time and date. Please make a note when filling out your personal details that you will be joining another group. ie. “Joining Sanch’s group”
If you have over booked please get in touch immediately and we’ll be happy to amend. If someone has dropped out or can’t come please let us know 72 hours in advance.

Given the current circumstances we understand that cancellations may be more frequent and we will try to be as accommodating as possible. Please give 72 hours notice prior to the start of your session time where possible.
We run to a tight schedule. If you are late we will try our best to get you caught up and throwing with the rest of the groups. If we have availability later in the day, we may be able to push you back to a later time-slot if appropriate.
Awesome! First you’ll need to create a booking for your chosen date and time. When you get to the payment screen, at the top, there will be the option to ‘pay by gift certificate’. Clicking this will open up a window where you can enter your Gift Certificate Number (GCN).
Your Gift Certificate number can be found underneath the barcode on your Gift Certificate PDF.. the long code starting with G. Please include the hyphens.
We don’t sell advanced tickets for walk-ins but if you would like to come for a session the same day, give us a call or swing-by!
Our walk-in hours are:
Wed to Fri from 4.30 – 9.00 pm and Sat & Sun from 10.00 – 9.00 pm
£20/£32pp for 30m/1hr sessions
(Walk-ins are subject to availability depending on pre-paid ticket sales)
We do not have an age limit for throwing. Our youngest axe thrower so far was aged 5.
Minors must have a parent/guardian present.
Closed toe shoes are compulsory. Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely.
Please wrap up warm if it is cold outside as our building is very well ventilated.
An instructor will be with you on the lane at all times. They will teach you different ways of throwing and give you tips and pointers throughout the session.
Absolutely! You can take as many photos and videos as you like. You can even ask your axe ranger to be your personal photographer for the last 10 minutes of the session. If you are going to use them on social media please tag us using @skeetersaxethrowing
For normal sessions we don’t allow you to bring your own axe. Our members can bring their own axes to club night or members practice sessions, as long as they comply with the standards set out by the IATF:
https://iatf.com/rules-guidelines/standard-axe
We do not as standard allow spectators on site due to issues with crowding. However situationally we are happy to waive this in cases where there is suitable room. If you require a carer or special assistance while on site please give us an email and we can make provisions.
Our site does not currently have parking. The nearest car parks are the Olympic Park Multi-storey, Stratford Westfield’s Multi-storey, and St Mark’s Gate car park.
Alternatively, there are great public transport options available.
Axe throwing is normally not a highly intense physical activity. If you have any concerns please seek medical advice prior to visiting. If you are in an advanced stage of your pregnancy, we recommend consulting your midwife or GP before booking.
Unfortunately, as much as we love dogs, we cannot allow them to throw axes. We can’t allow them to spectate either as axe handles look like giant, delicious, sticks – perfect for chasing around. For your pet’s safety, we do not allow dogs in the venue.
